Bobbie Ann Martin, 83, of West Point, Georgia passed away in LaGrange, Ga on August 4, 2019.

Bobbie was born in LaGrange, Georgia on January 16, 1936 to the late Marcus and Annie Smith. She was a graduate of Center High School in LaGrange Georgia and worked as assistant manager for Goodwill Industries in West Point Georgia for many years. She was a loving mother to her children and truly loved all her family. Bobbie was a member of Grayhill Baptist Church. She enjoyed watching Georgia Bulldog football games and enjoyed decorating.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Donna Siggers, her husband Buck Martin, two brothers Lamar Smith and Maurice Smith.

She is survived by daughter Dawn (Mike) Parmer of LaGrange GA, son David (Michelle) Benson of LaGrange, GA, sister Betty Jackson of West Point Georgia, brothers Gary (Brenda) Smith of Hawkins, Texas, and Philip (Liz) Smith of Dallas Texas ; grandchildren Amy (Joseph) Doss, Jeremy Parmer, and Seth Benson; and several greatgrandchildren and one great-greatgrandchild.

The family will receive friends for Visitation on Wednesday August 7, 2019 at 12:00 Noon EDT at Grace Baptist Church in LaGrange Georgia followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM EDT also at Grace Baptist Church. Graveside Services will follow at Reeds Chapel Baptist Church West Point Georgia.

Reverend Donnie Benefield will officiate.
