Bobby Gene Gray, 67, a resident of Lanett, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at his home on Morgan Canty Drive.

Mr. Gray was born Friday, October 21, 1949, in Langdale, Alabama, the son of the late Lizzy and Millage Gray. He was a member of the Lanett Congregational Christian Church. He was the manager of Radiology at Lanier Memorial Hospital for over 30 years. Bobby loved the outdoors, golf and fishing, and especially his two granddaughters, Syd and Sam.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Evans Gray; his son and daughter-in-law, Shawn and Valerie Gray; his granddaughters, Sydney and Samantha Gray; and his sister, Doreatha Robinson. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Betty.

The family will greet friends Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Lanett Congregational Church beginning at 1:00 PM EDT with the funeral service following at 2:00 PM EDT in the Church Sanctuary. Pastor Danny Spear will officiate.

Interment will be in Marseilles Cemetery, West Point.
