Charles Lee Brumbeloe,78, of Lanett, Alabama passed away on July 31, 2021 at EAMC-Lanier in Valley, Alabama.

Charles was born in Randolph County, Alabama 0n December 26, 1942, to the late Fraser L and Myrtie Moore Brumbeloe.

Charles graduated from West Point High School in 1961, and then served in the United States Air Force from 1962-1967. After his Air Force service, he attended Auburn University, graduating in 1970.

After graduation, Charles worked in the health care system financial offices until his retirement from Columbus Regional Health Care Systems in 2021.

Charles is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lou Ellen Ellington Brumbeloe; his children Mark (Kim) Brumbeloe of Notasulga, Al., Daniel(Kristen) Brumbeloe of Pelham, Al, and Lee Ann Brumbeloe of St. Pete FL.; His grandchildren Benjamin, Bailey, Brody, Bowman, and Bechah of Notasulga, AL., Knox and Sloane Brumbeloe of Pellham, AL; His brother N.D.(Saundra) Brumbeloe of Alpharetta, GA.; his brother-in-law Tom (Mona) Ellington, of West Point, GA.; His nephew Todd(Nhu) Brumbeloe of Marietta, GA; Taylor (Shaun) Ellington of Opelika, AL.; and his niece Beth(Mike) Yglesias of Denver, NC.

A graveside service will be held at Marseilles Cemetery in West Point, GA. At 11:00 am EDT on Thursday, August 5,2021. Reverend Rusty Williams will officiate.
