Mrs. Glenda Miles, 66 year old resident of West Point, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at Hospice LaGrange.

The family will greet friends, Sunday, November 19, 2017, from 3:00 PM EST until 5:00 PM EST at Bluffton Funeral Services.

Funeral services for Mrs. Miles will be held Monday, November 20, 2017 at 2:00 PM EST from the chapel of Bluffton Funeral Services. James Osteen and Dennis Harmon will officiate.

Interment will be in Marseilles Cemetery.

Mrs. Miles was born on February 27, 1951, in Langdale, Alabama, the daughter of the late Carl Thomas and Myrtle Richardson Sides. She was a graduate of Lanett High School and attended Southern Union Junior College. Mrs. Miles worked for Skinner Corporation. She loved spending time with family and friends cooking out. She loved the beach, especially at sunrise and sunset. She enjoyed Christmas and decorating for it. She loved her children and grandbabies.

Survivors include her husband, Tommy Miles; her daughters, Mandy Guenther (Armand Wells), Brooke Miles (Alex Maldonado), Jennifer Hitchcock (Ken); son, Jeff Miles (Donna Benson); grandchildren, Madison Bartlett, Maycee Bartlett, MaLeah Maldonado, Brittany Stapleton (Ben), Leslie Kowalczyk (Adam), and Sheila Miles; grandsons, Nick Spraggins, Jamie Hitchcock, Jeffery Miles and Josh Miles; brothers, Curtis Sides (Teresa), Robert Sides (Nancy) and Paul East (Kathleen); and many nieces and nephews.
