Harold Oliver "Dugan" Dobbins, 68 year old resident of Lanett, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018, at EAMC-Lanier.

Mr. Dobbins was born Thursday, January 5, 1950, in Tallassee, Alabama, the son of the late Ralph Oliver and Ruby Jones Dobbins. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and worked as a Dental Technician. He enjoyed hunting in his younger years and was a devoted University of Alabama fan.

Survivors include his brother, Johnny (Gail) Huerta; his uncle Gerald Jones; his aunt Betty Kimbrough; and several cousins.

Memorial services for Mr. Dobbins will be held Thursday, August 9, 2018, at 11:00 AM EDT from Bluffton Funeral Services in Lanett, AL. Reverend Eddie Striblin will officiate.
