JoeAnne Carter (77) of LaGrange Georgia passed away on May 30, 2020 in Columbus Georgia.

JoeAnne was born in Atlanta Georgia on June 21 1942. She is survived by sister Robin Treadwell; children Patti Caldwell (Hoss), Jeff Carter, and Mike Carter; grandchildren Joshua Carter (Amanda), Joseph Carter, Ashley Rushton (Randall), and Ruth Anne Carter; and four great children.

JoeAnne was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years Joel Carter and her mother Ruby Treadwell.

The family will greet friends for Visitation on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 from 5:30-7:30 PM EDT at Bluffton Funeral Services in Lanett, Alabama.

Graveside Services will be held on Thursday June 4, 2020 at 11:00 AM EDT at Restlawn Memory Gardens in LaGrange, Georgia.
