Kenneth Blake Arwood, a man of strong character and unwavering devotion, was born on March 17, 1967, in Opelika, Lee County, Alabama. Blake passed in his home on December 23, 2023, in Lanett, Alabama, at the age of 56. Blake's memory will forever be cherished by those who were touched by his presence.

Blake's love for Alabama football was unwavering, as he cheered on his team with passion and dedication. The tranquility of fishing brought him solace and allowed him to connect with nature's beauty. But above all, it was his beloved family that brought him the greatest joy and fulfillment.

Left to honor Blake's memory are his son, Matthew Arwood, and daughter-in-law, Brittany Arwood, who will forever hold his love and guidance close to their hearts. His son, Eugene Bolt, and daughter, Jaclyn Bolt, will carry on his legacy of strength and resilience. Blake's grandchildren, Olivia Arwood, John Arwood, and Joseph Bolt, were the light of his life, bringing him immeasurable joy. He is also survived by his sister, Denise Hadaway, and his brothers, Jimmy Arwood, Todd Arwood, and his father James Arwood. Blake was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Anita Arwood, whose memory he cherished, and his mother, Jeanette Arwood, whose love and nurturing spirit shaped the man he became. He was also survived by two of his life-long friends, that were more like family Jimmy (Slim) Sanders and Deena Rae Sanders.

A funeral service to honor Blake's life will be held Saturday, December 30th, at 4:00 pm EST following a 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm visitation at Valley-Point Funeral Home in Lanett, Alabama.
