Martha June Jones, 85 , of Lanett, Alabama passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2020, in Gastonia, North Carolina.

The family will greet friends for Visitation on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 1:00 pm EST at Roper Heights Baptist Church in West Point, Georgia.

Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm EST also at Roper Heights Baptist Church.

Graveside Services will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens in LaGrange, Georgia.

Reverend Aaron McCollough will officiate.

June was born in LaGrange, Georgia on September 29, 1934 to the late Albert and Sula Pickard Moore. June was a faithful member of Roper Heights Baptist Church in West Point, Georgia where she taught the "Senior" Sunday School Class. She loved spending time with her family and also was an avid "Bird Watcher "where she adored "Red Birds"

June was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Frank Jones; and daughter Lynn Turner. She is survived by her two children Ann(Donald) Sheppard and Frankie (Angie) Jones; grandchildren, Joy (Chuck) Franklin, Jonathan (Ashley) Sheppard, Michael (Kaitlin) Tyler, Eric (Leighanna) Jones, Carly Carr, Johnny LaFollette, Brian LaFollette, and Courtney(Bubba) Mitchell; twenty one great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
