Sherralyn Ray Hayes passed way on August 22, 2022. She was the daughter of Sherrad Clyde Hayes and Edna Ruth Ray Hayes. She is survived by her son David Scott Arbogast (Annette), her sister Paulette Hayes Colley, and her brother Sherrod (Buddy) Hayes, Jr.

She was a graduate of West Point High School where she was Homecoming Queen her Senior year. She was a graduate of Southern Unions State Community College with a degree in nursing and become a registered nurse. She worked as a hospice nurse which gave her great joy as she loved helping others.

Sherralyn loved the outdoors, especially hiking and camping. She was a lover of animals and always had pets and loved riding horses.

She requested that there be no memorial service but donations can be made to Chattahoochee Valley Hospice in her name.

Services have been entrusted to Bluffton Funeral Services, Lanett, Alabama.
