Tanya Felissa Jenkins,51, of Valley Alabama passed away at East Alabama Medical Center on 7/20/2019. Tanya was born on September 20, 1967 in Opelika, Alabama to Roy Darryl and Shirley Tucker Rodgers.

There will be a graveside service on Thursday July 25,2019 at 10:30 am EDT at Hillcrest Cemetery in Lanett, Alabama followed by a Memorial Service at 12:00 Noon EDT at Ridge Road Baptist Church, 5465 Lee Road, Opelika, Alabama. Reverend Harvey Miller will officiate.

Tanya was preceded in death by her Grandmothers Ollie H Tucker and Pauline Rodgers and her Grandfathers Thomas Tucker and Henton Rodgers.

She is survived by her daughter Alisha Adamson; her son Kenneth Jenkins; her parents Roy and Shirley Rodgers; Sisters Angelia Brown and Rhonda East; and grandchildren Kaylyn Adamson, Kameron Adamson and Mason Hames.

Tanya had a big heart and would do anything that she could for anyone. She was very loved and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
