Tony A. Harris, 76, of West Point, Georgia, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2025. Born in West Point, Georgia, on October 16, 1948 to Cecil and Irene Harris, Tony worked in construction as a Rigger. He had been retired for several years.

Tony enjoyed fishing and hunting in his spare time. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and doing projects in the yard. Tony was a loyal friend to many and enjoyed spending time with his friends.

Tony A. Harris is survived by his wife of 57 years, Martha Elizabeth Walters Harris, a brother Homer Lee Harris, and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his son, Anthony Scott Harris, his parents Cecil and Irene Harris, brothers Bobby Harris, Raymond Harris, and Norman Harris and sisters Carolyn Davis, Gracie Eastridge, Jean Harris and Dean Harris.

A memorial service will be held in his honor at Marseilles Cemetery in West Point, Georgia on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Bethel Baptist Church, 7855 West Point Road, West Point, Georgia 31833.
